Tarana Burke is an American activist, best known for her foundation of the Me Too Movement. Monica Lewinsky, also an activist, advocates for a safer social media environment. As two globally recognizable women, Burke and Lewinsky are not strangers to each other’s stories. In this event, they’ll have a chance to discuss where their stories intersect, especially regarding women’s empowerment, scrutiny in the public eye and their fight against abuses of power.
